II Akin is the next iteration in the Akin series which seeks ways to give surplus fabrics from furniture manufacturing new significance and purpose. Building upon the foundation of I Akin it pushes the creative boundaries in a new direction. Incorporating design features in a more playful way and evolving an emotive element.

This second generation in the Akin series is available as a limited edition of 12 pieces, each signed and numbered. Mindfully the velvet and mohair fabrics are cut and sewn together to make the most of the scarce material. With every fabric cut responding to the previous one, each stool becomes a distinct and unique piece.
